Decor plays a big role in creating the right vision, and our goal is to make setup easy and stress-free. This guide will help you understand what’s included in your package, what may require extra fees, and how to prepare your decorations so everything runs smoothly.

Included Decor Items
At Morningside Inn, we provide the following in-house items you can use at no additional cost. 

  • 3 Easels – perfect for seating charts or welcome signs

  • Black Battery-Powered Lanterns – to add mood lighting

  • Variety of Colored In-House Linens – for dining room tables

  • 3 Options of Table Number Stands with Signs

  • Cake Display

  • Cake Cutting Set

Of course, all tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, and dish-ware are included in your package as well.

What Our Team Will Handle
Our staff takes care of setting many of the key details so you can relax and enjoy the day. Here is what our team sets up for you:

  • Seating Chart: Placed for guest convenience

  • Centerpieces: Table centerpieces pre-assembled and ready to display

  • Guestbook: Placed downstairs during cocktail hour and reception

  • Wedding Favors: Placed at each guest’s seat in the dining room

  • Signage: Includes welcome sign, bar decor, dessert table signs, and table numbers

  • Memorial Table: Photos of loved ones or family members

  • Patio Items: Games like corn hole or Jenga to entertain guests

  • Cake & Dessert: Staff will set up cake and desserts; only non-floral cake toppers are included

Decor That May Require an Additional Fee
Some items involve extra setup or labor, which may incur additional fees. This includes ceremony items such as arches or aisle runners, charger plates, chair sashes or covers, photo backdrops or photobooths, and programs or fans placed on guest chairs. Any decor requiring significant setup will fall into this category.

To keep your day stress-free, make sure all items arrive unwrapped and clearly labeled with your names and event date. We encourage delivering decor during your rehearsal on the Thursday before your wedding.
