Sam & Amy’s was held on April 15, 2017 at Morningside Inn wedding and reception venue located in Frederick, Maryland. Their outdoor wedding ceremony was held on the pavilion overlooking rolling green hills. Dinner and reception followed the wedding ceremony in the Morningside Inn building. The couple enjoyed privacy of 300 acres during the ceremony and reception.
The wedding was decorated in light pink and cream. The bridesmaids wore “Team Bride” t-shirts and the bride pink sneakers, as they prepared for the ceremony in the bride’s room. Gorgeous flowers graced the wedding pavilion, dinner tables, and wedding party. The wedding had a rustic look with burlap used to decorate glass jar centerpieces and chalk board displays encouraging guests to try cookies and take home wedding favors. The three-tired wedding cake was decorated with flowers and burlap and topped with an engraved wooden heart.
