Shannon and Cecil’s February 18th wedding at Morningside Inn was a winter wedding dream! These newlyweds began their special Morningside Inn winter wedding with several first looks! Shannon’s first look with her father was a heartfelt moment in the Morningside Inn bridal suite.
Shannon’s and Cecil enjoyed a private first look outdoors with Morningside Inn’s sprawling hills in the background. After their first look, Cecil and Shannon enjoyed special moments alone with our in-house wedding photographers, Retrospect Designs. Retrospect Designs photography took stunning photos of the couple on Morningside Inn’s outdoor lawn. Family portraits on Morningside Inn’s terrace followed.
A Morningside Inn Classic Winter Wedding Ceremony
Shannon and Cecil enjoyed a Morningside Inn indoor wedding ceremony with beautiful white, red, and pale pink florals provided by Flowers By Wendy Carol. The decorated glass doorway framed the couple and Morningside Inn’s rolling hills while they recited their vows. The entire ceremony glowed from the natural light, which poured in from Morningside Inn’s window lined wall. Wedding guests enjoyed an incredible view of the outdoor wedding pavilion site while the couple recited their vows. Breathtaking sunset newlywed portraits followed!
A Morningside Inn February Classic Dream Winter Wedding Reception
This Morningside Inn February dream winter wedding was had all the details for a phenomenal soiree! The newlyweds and their guests celebrated all night within our indoor dining event space with its double-sided stone fireplace, large sunny windows, and our new gold chiavari chairs! Shannon, Cecil, and their guests dined along side our cozy fireplace and enjoyed our award winning catering! Shannon and Cecil’s mouthwatering menu items, included: charcuterie boards, hot crab dip, chipotle maple bacon skewers, blackened shrimp canapés, filet mignon, Italian chicken, sautéed summer squash, and herb roasted potatoes! For dessert, guests noshed on mini pastries, chocolate fondue, and a classic white wedding cake by Sage Cakery .
Shannon and Cecil enjoyed their first dances with their parents and one another while twinkle lights glimmered. DJ Soundstations ensured the dance floor stayed packed all night! Everyone danced and enjoyed LED wands, feather boas, and belted out their favorites on the dance floor!
