Maria & Mike’s Wedding

Maria & Mike’s Wedding, May 6, 2017, was held at Morningside Inn a wedding venue in Frederick, Maryland. The couple had 100 wedding guests for their Sunday morning wedding ceremony and reception.

Wedding Ceremony

Before Maria and Mike’s wedding, the bridal party prepared for the wedding ceremony in the spacious bride’s room. The bride’s room provides plenty of space and mirrors for the bridal party to make their final touches to gowns and makeup. The makeup artist had plenty of space to prepare the bride for the wedding ceremony. The groomsmen enjoyed the comfortable groom’s room with lots of large mirrors. The groom and his party also enjoyed great photographs on the side lawn, just steps from the groom’s room entrance. The layout at Morningside ensures there is no chance of the groom gaining a peak of the bride before the wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, as the ceremony started it began to sprinkle rain. The staff at Morningside provided umbrellas for the guests. The couple stayed dry under the wedding pavilion.

Wedding Reception

The dining room tables were decorated with white linens with lavender striped toppers. Gorgeous floral arrangements graced each table. Guests placed wrapped gifts and cards on the table in the entryway. The couple chose a buffet dinner for their wedding guests. Chef Tim also created custom plates for vegan, lactose-free, and food allergy guests. The white wedding cake was three-tiered with white flowers.
